Orion Cloud Academy was founded with a clear mission: to make quality, future-ready education accessible to both young learners and adults. At the heart of our academy is Wendy Dawn David, a PRC-licensed and International Baccalaureate-trained educator with a passion for teaching and technology.

Wendy brings years of experience from the international school system, where she taught Computer subjects and tutored students in Math. Beyond the classroom, she has been immersed in the digital marketing world since 2009—working as a freelancer, copywriter, SEO specialist, social media manager, paid ads expert, web developer, and more. She has also earned multiple certifications in digital marketing and has firsthand experience working with global clients through BPOs and online platforms.

An engineering graduate and law school student (currently on break to build Orion Cloud Academy), Wendy has passed both the PhiLSAT and the Civil Service Exam – Professional Level. Her diverse background is a testament to her commitment to lifelong learning and helping others achieve their goals—whether that’s starting a freelance career, passing an exam, or mastering tech skills.
